The Essence of Africa is taking Palm Beach County by storm, leaving its mark on the hearts of South Florida residents and visitors alike. If you have not heard about it by now from someone you know, then you probably will soon! Essence of Africa is a program of interactive activities showcasing the best of South and East Africa. From authentic jewelry, accessories, collectibles, safari adventure and tribe stories, to vibrant African dance and drumming, there is plenty leaving audiences captivated.

Last month, residents of St. Andrews Estates in Boca Raton were treated to a day-long program of  fun and educational activities that left the housing facility abuzz about Africa.  Not only did guests enjoy shopping from the large displays of handcrafted goodies at the pop-up shop, they were also thrilled by the interactive drumming and dance show put on by our talented entertainers. Grace Williams, Activities Director at St. Andrews had this to say about Essence of Africa…

“The most talked about event of the month!”
“On a scale from 1-5 , it was a 7!”
“The most organized program I have ever seen!”

Suitable for all ages, Essence of Africa is a growingly popular program and is booking fast! If you haven’t scheduled the program for your residents or club guests yet, there are still some slots available for 2015.  Contact me today to discuss various dates and customizable options to suit your organization’s needs.
